CrazyControl operates internationally and makes its products and services available to customers worldwide. These terms apply to all customers, regardless of their country or location, subject to mandatory applicable laws.

• Keyboard and mouse configurations.
• PC optimization settings and system modifications.

You agree not to use CrazyControl for unlawful activities, unauthorized access, malicious automation, or activities that violate applicable laws or third-party agreements.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the Terms of Service, End User License Agreements, anti-cheat policies, and other rules of any game, application, platform, or service with which you choose to use CrazyControl.

CrazyControl does not authorize, encourage, or guarantee that any particular use of its software is permitted by a third-party game or platform.

You acknowledge that you use the software at your own discretion and are responsible for your configurations, actions, and the consequences of your use, subject to applicable law.

4. Game Bans, Account Restrictions & Third-Party Actions

CrazyControl has no control over third-party games, platforms, publishers, anti-cheat systems, or account enforcement decisions.

We do not guarantee:

• That your game or platform accounts will remain unrestricted.
• That the software will be undetected by anti-cheat systems.
• That any particular configuration is permitted by a game or platform.
• That third-party services will continue supporting the software.
• That using our products will not result in warnings, suspensions, restrictions, or permanent bans.

CrazyControl is not responsible for account penalties, lost progress, lost purchases, suspensions, bans, or other enforcement actions resulting from your use of third-party services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You acknowledge that using third-party software in connection with games and online platforms may carry risks.

Any decision to use CrazyControl alongside third-party games or applications is entirely your own.

5. Refund Policy & Digital Products

All CrazyControl purchases are considered digital product transactions.

Due to the nature of digital software, purchases are generally non-refundable once digital delivery or access has commenced, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds will not ordinarily be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchasing.
• Incorrect purchases caused by the customer's own mistake.
• Failure to read product descriptions or system requirements.
• Incompatibility with unsupported hardware, software, or configurations.
• Account bans or restrictions imposed by third-party services.
• Misuse, unauthorized modifications, or violations of these terms.
• Failure to follow installation or configuration instructions.

Important: Nothing in this section excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including applicable legal guarantees and statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming digital products.

Where required by applicable law, customers retain their statutory rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, contract termination, or refunds.

For eligible digital content supplied immediately after purchase, we will obtain the customer's express prior consent to immediate performance and acknowledgment of the applicable loss of the right of withdrawal, where legally permitted.

6. License Suspension & Termination

CrazyControl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a license where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a user:

Termination for breach does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, subject always to mandatory applicable consumer rights.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent compatibility with every operating system, game, application, hardware configuration, or third-party service.

Any applicable statutory obligations concerning digital content updates and conformity remain unaffected.

8. Third-Party Software & Services

CrazyControl may interact with or depend on third-party applications, drivers, operating systems, games, platforms, or services.

We do not own, operate, or control these third-party services.

You are responsible for reviewing their respective terms, policies, and requirements before using CrazyControl alongside them.

CrazyControl is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with any third-party game publisher, gaming platform, or hardware manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

All third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrazyControl makes no guarantees that its software will:

• Meet every individual user's expectations.
• Operate without interruptions or errors.
• Remain compatible with all third-party software.
• Produce specific gaming, performance, or optimization results.
• Remain functional following third-party updates or policy changes.

The software is provided subject to its advertised product description and applicable statutory conformity requirements.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory legal warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrazyControl shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our products.

This includes, where legally permissible:

• Loss of game accounts or access to third-party platforms.
• Loss of game progress, virtual items, or digital purchases.

You remain responsible for backing up important data and reviewing system changes before applying them.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct, mandatory statutory obligations, or other non-excludable liability.
