Refund Policy

CrazyControl provides subscription-based digital software and services. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following Refund Policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.


1. All Payments Are Final

All payments made to CrazyControl are considered final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

We generally do not provide refunds, credits, or partial refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchasing a subscription.
  • Unused subscription time or unused features.
  • Failure to use or access the software.
  • Incorrect subscription selection.
  • Incompatibility with your hardware, operating system, or configuration.
  • Dissatisfaction with the software based solely on personal preference.
  • Account restrictions or suspension resulting from violations of our Terms of Service


2. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period, depending on the selected subscription plan.

Customers are responsible for cancelling their subscriptions before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments.

Access generally remains available until the end of the already-paid subscription period, unless access is suspended or terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.


3. Technical Issues

If CrazyControl experiences a technical issue that prevents you from using a paid subscription, please contact our support team.

We will investigate the issue and make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

Where required by applicable law, customers may be entitled to a price reduction, refund, or other legal remedy.


4. EU Consumer Rights

Customers within the European Union retain all mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Where applicable, consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for subscription contracts.

If a customer expressly requests that a subscription service begins during the withdrawal period, applicable rules regarding proportional payment for services already provided may apply.

For digital content supplied immediately, the loss of the withdrawal right requires the legally required prior express consent and acknowledgement.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory statutory rights.


5. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments

If you believe you have been charged more than once or identify an unauthorized transaction, contact us immediately.

We will investigate the payment and take appropriate action where necessary.


6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute.

We reserve the right to provide relevant transaction records, subscription details, payment history, and communications to payment processors when responding to disputes.

Fraudulent or knowingly false payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of access, where legally permitted.

Nothing in this section limits your right to dispute unauthorized or incorrect payments.
